Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive or collect your order. You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Piercing jewellery is supplied in sealed hygiene packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery that is covered by the hygiene exception cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal has been broken.

Unused jewellery with the original hygiene seal intact may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the Right of Withdrawal form below and provide your name, email address, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive an automatic confirmation when your request has been received.

You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the item must normally be returned within 14 days. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

If the withdrawal applies to the entire order, we will refund the amount paid, including the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us instead so we can assist you. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods are separate from your right of withdrawal.
