By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Prices

All prices are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical errors or incorrect product information before an order has been dispatched.

2. Orders

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, or if we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been made, the relevant amount will be refunded.

3. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using the delivery methods available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because incorrect delivery information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is sent again.

5. Studio Pickup

If studio pickup is available, you will receive confirmation when your order is ready.

Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the studio.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

For online purchases, consumers normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please see our separate Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for complete information and access to our online withdrawal form.

Piercing jewellery may be supplied in sealed hygiene packaging. Where the legal hygiene exception applies, the right of withdrawal ends once the hygiene seal has been broken.

Unopened and unused jewellery with the original hygiene seal intact may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.

The customer is normally responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the return concerns an incorrect or defective product.

Swedish distance-selling rules generally give consumers 14 days to withdraw and require businesses selling through a website to provide clear withdrawal information and an online withdrawal function. Konsumentverket

7. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos of the product and packaging where relevant

Do not dispose of or alter the product before contacting us.

Your statutory consumer rights relating to defective goods are separate from your right of withdrawal.

8. Jewellery Size and Compatibility

Piercing jewellery is available in different gauges, lengths, diameters and attachment systems.

The customer is responsible for checking the product measurements and compatibility before ordering.

For example, threadless jewellery and internally threaded jewellery are different systems and may not be compatible with each other.

If you are unsure about sizing or compatibility, please contact us before purchasing or book a jewellery consultation/change at the studio.

9. Suitability for Fresh Piercings

Not every jewellery item is suitable for initial piercing or healing.

Where applicable, product descriptions will state the material and relevant specifications.

If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for a fresh or healing piercing, please contact a professional piercer before use.

10. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, measurements, materials and photographs as accurately as possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screens and natural variations in materials.

Purchases through the webshop must be made by a person who is legally able to enter into the purchase agreement or with the necessary consent of a legal guardian where applicable.

Age restrictions for piercing services are governed separately by our studio policies.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the GDPR.
